Wrap the tape measure around your chest, just below your armpits. Make sure the tape measure is snug, but not too tight. Note the measurement in centimeters. Once you have these measurements, you can refer to the table below to find the T-shirt size that corresponds to your measurements.

S	91-96
M	96-101
L	101-106
XL	106-111

 

If your measurements fall between two sizes, it is recommended to choose the larger size for more comfort.
